This is the worst, Im dying a slow death. If I could lay around all day with my shoes off it would heal, the heat in shoes makes it spread. Its fairly easy to get rid of on other parts of the body but not down there.

Fill a pan or bucket half n half Clorox/water. Soak for a while and then take a luffa sponge and scrub like crazy.

Actually don't do that. A kid I knew was told to do that by an older relative. Poor kid scrubbed himself raw.

Poison Ivey is awful. I swell up between fingers and toes until it looks like webs. Seems to be worse every year that I am exposed.

JAM, use this stuff. It is the best! It will speed up your recovery time. Also, while you are waiting to get it, use Dawn Dishwashing liquid. It draws the oil from Poison Ivy out from below your skin. In addition to that, Stridex medicated pad(for acne) help dry out the area as well. Benadryl will help with the itching but may also make you drowsy if you are stuck at a desk.

I got sunburn on my feet this weekend. Bare feet not used to being exposed to the sun. I feel your pain, literally.

If you aren't going to the Dr, get some hydrocortisone over the counter but pay attention to the formulation you buy - Ointment is best when the edges of the wound start drying out and get itchy

I do NOT envy you, Jam!
