Lived on South Beach during my training at Jackson Memorial mid 80's/early 90's...Lincoln Mall was still basically abandoned...I do not miss it at all there

They have had these same issues there the last few years. You couldn't give me a free vacation there.

I am glad all that mess moved down there and away from Panama City Beach. Still some SBs but not the issues they had 4-5 years ago.

I spoke too soon. A huge number of SBs spent the weekend wrecking PCB. First major SB issues in several years. Hundreds of arrest, large number of illegal guns confiscated plus several large drug bust associated with the gangs. Supposedly it had been announced all over social media but IMO the law enforcement agencies were woefully unprepared for it. Rumor has it 2 more similar weekends are being scheduled, one in April and one in May.

Wow we were quite possibly neighbors during that time. Had two good friends doing residency there as I think they call it during the same time. One in FSU graduate the other University of Oklahoma as I recall I think both were anesthesiology.

My dad also did his residency there but that was in the late 1950s
