My understanding has always been that people with lockjaw can't open their mouth. Mostly I thought it was associated with tetanus. Apparently you can also get it when porn stars shove their foot in your mouth, then smack you too hard.

And also, I REALLY hate feet, so the thought of having one in my mouth, or mine in someone else's mouth, is completely, utterly nasty to me.
