Portable Monitors?

Co-worker of mine just got a 15" Asus portable monitor. She has two laptops at work, so one goes to her dual-monitor docking station. The other laptop she now connects to her USB portable monitor, which essentially creates a secondary screen via a simple USB connection.

I am admittedly behind the times in this. Anyone have one of these? I see they're pretty cheap ($150 for the one she got). Seems like a nice purchase for those who travel or work from home and don't have dual-monitor set-ups at home. Could have really used one of these when I was finishing my thesis a few years back.

I know I need to find one. One of my desktops is going bad. First one of the usb ports went out, now it looks like the onboard video "card" is failing. I need to plug a monitor into one of the functioning usb's so I can try to see what's going wrong.
