Question about posting images

I tried to get an answer on the tech help board but the link is broken.
In order to post memes or other images, I’ve always uploaded them to Imgur first and then copied and pasted the Direct Link into my message board post.
But I just noticed on my calendar that it’s 2023, so there’s gotta be a way just to post it from iPhone Photos directly without that extra Imgur step… feels like I’m being forced to use a rotary phone and CB radio… anybody have the answer here?

I remember my Dad's truck looking like a police car with the 8 track tape deck and CB radio. Big metal mounts with open electrical connections and no seat belts. Its a wonder were still here combined with that and all the lead paint.

I can be of no help. The only thing I can do is put up the preloaded GIF's because they are on the reply page. When I have a tech problem at home I ask the grandkids or a young person at work.

No, you still have to push it somewhere first because rivals doesn't host images. I just have everything on my iphone backup to google photos. You can then put the photos you want to share in a shared folder and link to that image.

I had a buddy who pulled his CB out of his truck and put it in his house. Then his Dad pulled the antenna off the roof and stuck the magnet on top of the radio. Classic!
