How do you get the players to stop committing silly penalties? What would you do if your that segment coach, coordinator, or head coach? From what I can see so far these coaches have no answers. Either the coaches are failing in their coaching or the players aren't smart enough to grasp the rules of the game. These players are not talented enough to win on talent alone. It's now become a combination of lack of talent and intelligence. Your thoughts?
