Return a Christmas Tree to Costco for Refund....on 01/04?!?

I'm not surprised - Costco has a VERY liberal return policy.

I know someone (who will remain nameless) who has returned furniture and appliances years later because they not longer met their needs. Costco didn't even have inventory records of these items any longer, but the original receipts were provided to customer service and refunds were given.

That lady is what is wrong with the world.

I will say though that I'm one of the worlds biggest Costco fans and I spend an average of $7K a year there. I buy nearly all my mean and staples there. And I have used their liberal return policy. I have taken 3 Keurigs back there. They seem to last about a year and a half. Every time they have replaced it, no problem.

The only thing I've ever returned to Costco was a pressure washer and that was because it crapped out after three uses. They took it back and replaced it.

I don't spend nearly as much there as I do BJs Warehouse Club but that's only because our Costco doesn't have a gas station and it's in the worst possible location in Jacksonville, the St John's Town Center
