Good for the lions. I wish they would have washed them down with that American broad who shot the giraffe for a trophy.

Agreed. I also think she should be culled. What kind of person gets satisfaction and looks for approval for hunting a giraffe?
I saw the spin about other some younger males getting in scraps over this old female giraffe, but seriously, how tough is it to kill an aging giraffe....do they not come right up to vehicles? At Lion Country Safari they would use the cars as salt licks (I know, I know, captive animals). Nevertheless, Giraffes seem to have survived thinning their own prior to the invention of the gun. Thinning of the herd should be natural selection, not by some dumb tourist with some bizarre blood lust. Whose life's ambition is it to kill a giraffe? That would be like someone hooking up a porpoise at Sea World and gaffing it for a photo opp, I mean wth?
