Yeah I remember that. Players have to restrain themselves but fans have behaviors they need to follow. I’d be willing to bet that fans that engage in this type of behavior have had one too many.

That pistons fan looked just like an NBA player with the jersey on though... lol
 
Seattle took some cheap shots while JAX was in the victory formation at the very end of the game, trying to injure o-lineman right before the playoffs. It was an ugly ending and the Walter Payton "man of the Year" Michael Bennett once again shows he was a terrible choice for that prestigious award....he is a lying punk.

Had no idea about that man of the year stuff.
 
Glad Seattle knows how to lose with class. Bennett should be fined and suspended, hate when teams do that stuff in high school, but this is the NFL they're not fumbling the snap.

That being said, I don't care how much you paid for a ticket, don't act like a jerk. Guy from Seattle took his time getting to the tunnel and ran over to that section, not sure what he thought would happen.

Yeah, I remember when we had Greg Schiano as a head coach in Tampa and he forced our team to do high school crap like that in games. Worst coach ever.

I saw something totally different:

The Jax fan noticed Bennett was thirsty after a long game and decided to give him a beverage. Looks like Bennett was heading up in the stands to thank the fan.

The Seahawks player who reacted poorly to the "complimentary beer" being forced upon him was Quinton Jefferson not Michael Bennett.

Bennett was involved in another incident on the field where he appeared to roll into the back of the Jag's center's legs after the play had ended, his acrobatics resulted in a hockey-style round of greetings and salutations.

I wish he would've gone into the stands and gotten pummeled, like career ending injury bad, that would serve him right for disrespecting our nation.

There were a couple of big boys on the front row that collectively would have put a bruise or two on Jefferson. BTW, wasn't it Bennett that played a couple of years with the Jags under Bradley? He gave some bulletin board material prior to the game saying Seattle would beat Jax by 50.
 
The Bruins brawl in the Madison Square Garden stands was much better (late 70s, I think 78 or 79. Mike Milbury pulled some dudes shoe off & whacked the fool with it a couple of times.

Not a very good look for the NFL and it is starting to look more and more like the NFL is applying rules based on what/how it will effect the next game. Gronk's hit as an example how that is only a 1 game suspension is beyond me; oh wait you have a signature game in NE v. Pitt in 2 weeks. The whole Seattle/Jags thing and no suspensions hmm. Oh you have LA v. Seattle next week which is kind of a big game. Full disclosure I don't watch the NFL anymore, so I only saw the highlights on sports center. What I noticed was the bush league crash the line at the end of the game, MB rolling up on the Jag player legs and then the Jefferson thing. Seattle is known for trying to play physical and be the tough team on the field; so the ending of the game isn't that surprising to me.
The Jefferson thing just seemed like a poor decision by him, not to mention if you are really going to try and go in the stands for some butt kicking, maybe keep your helmet on. While fans throwing things is unacceptable if Jefferson had just kept walking there is no issue.

No one is disrespecting the nation, that is your opinion and your opinion is wrong and worth nothing to a NFL player.
If you're such a badass, you should try picking a fight with a NFL player sometime. p.s. live stream it so the rest of us can witness how you end up eating through a feeding tube the rest of your life.
