The Seminole Tribe and Chief Osceola must shut the app down now or suffer huge legal consequences.

The paramutuals really screwed up. They took them to court because they saw the App as limited the need to have the tracks and frontons as basically OTB locations. They felt it was in violation of the agreement and wanted it shut down. They won but the judge threw out the whole compact.

Will be interesting to see if the state has to go back to the drawing board completely.

They are appealing the original judges ruling. Who knows how long before this appeal is heard by the Court.
