IMO, we don't have it. The guys that would have been the leaders of this team have all left for the NFL. I don't see Terrance Smith and Tyler Hunter as the type of guys that will get in the faces of these young dudes and keep them in line, both on and off he field. I suppose this is one of the drawbacks of having so many guys drafted. The team naturally becomes younger and the maturity level drops.
