I'm so impressed with what he had to say

He said he understands well the fact the media amplifies what happens at FSU . It goes with the territory when you are winning.

Says he knows he has work to do.

Said that despite domestic abuse speeches and having folks speak to the team on other issues, 120 young men will hear and interpret the same message 120 different ways.

Says in this case, the message obviously didnt get thru, and unfortunately it happened to us twice in a small window of time

The sportscasters (Houston Nutt and I think maybe Jack Arute) said that this isnt an institutional problem with FSU, moreso a problem widespread in society.

THey also mentioned that they surveyed listeners to ask them if media coverage of FSU's tribulations was unfair, and one guy from Iowa was quoted as saying he thought it was unfair but kind of went with the territory of being a winning program.

Issues would be amplified at Ohio State, Bama and FSU just because of who we are.

I thought the coverage was fair and balanced, and Jimbo was NOT MAKING ANY EXCUSES.

We are so lucky to have him. I for one would not trade Jimbo for ANY OTHER COACH in football!
