Smoking a Rack of Pork

Got an awesome deal on a rack on pork from Costco. Going to smoke on Kamado. Thinking 225 for 4 hours should do it. Want it to be at internal temp of 145°.

Any suggestion/recommendations?

DSF is probably the best residential smoker other than maybe the two who do it on bbq circuit. I do it but nowhere as often so I’d trust his advice.

225 for 4 hours should do it. If your temps fluctuate between 200 and 225, a total of 4 1/2 to 5 might be what your looking at to reach internal temp, depending on thickness.
