So, who is handing out the pre-draft grades that convince players to leave?

I just wonder about the integrity of that process and if players are being told the truth about their draft prospects.

I have a hard time believing that Travis or RoJo leave if they received a 3rd or 4th round grade.

Could agents taint that process by giving scouts "incentives" to inflate players' pre-draft ratings, making it more likely that players will declare for the draft?
