It seems like there is a lot more talent in CFB for even mediocre teams. Who are the best teams. Oklahoma looks suspect. Clemson looks bad. Alabama is strugglimg with UF when I thought it would be a blowout. A couple of PAC teams look good. Iowa is #5. Cincy is top 10. Coastal is fringe top 15

Is this a product of highschool kids being more developed/ falling under the radar. It seems even lower level FBS teams are more competitive.
