Pretty cool video footage. Don't think the tornado picked up that white car, though. That's a pretty small tornado overall. Cars aren't that susceptible to being picked up by tornadoes. Tossed to the side, yes, but not completely picked up and sucked into the tornado ... unless it's a massive tornado.

They didn't really cut him off, he ran a red light if you look.

The lady on the ground was apparently on a scooter at some point and got blown off.
