Oregon has always run a Mickey Mouse offense, plays in a joke of a conference, and had a subpar system QB that can't hold a candle to Jameis Winston. And yet we lost to them.
On paper, we had better athletes, better coaching, and better preparation.
Our 2014 team definitely had holes, but I still can't get over the fact that not only did we lose, but we got dominated. Would have been a great opportunity to prove to everyone that Oregon and the PAC 12 are a fraud, but it took the CFP Championship for that to happen. Wish it were us.
Does anyone else think that if the FSU team that came back to win against Clemson, NC State, Louisville, ND and Miami would have shown up, we would have beaten Oregon? I'll get over this eventually.
