I mean did we do any research on this guy before we hired him? It’s just insane to me that he’s now being sued for almost killing 2 Oregon players with his hack job strength coach who wasn’t even certified.
The delay we have had here to remain successful over the years with this hire of a clown who clearly wasn’t qualified and flat out dangerous for our team and now we are paying him for years.
Any lawyers on the forum who can discuss if he’s sued and loses can we stop payment for any type of gross negligence or anything based on this?? We need to get out of paying him asap!
