Anyone in Tally “got a guy”, one of the pipes to my built in sprinkler system is leaking underground and it’s running out to the sidewalk. Since I live in Southwood it’s only a matter of time before the ogres in enforcement issue me a citation.

Sounds like a busted Fetzer valve.

Most landscaping companies should be able to handle an irrigation issue.

My lawn guy was the one who pointed it out so he’s clearly not capable of doing it unfortunately.

Turn the water off to your system at the back-flow stop - at least buys you time to find the leak.

It;s the needle bearings that are shot. Here's an easy recipe to cure that.
Broil some needle bearings whilst basting them with dollar tree bbq sauce.
Once cool remove the inlet at the meter and poke them into the inlet line. Reconnect line and they will find their way home. Easy fix.

Hope you don’t find out that they cheaped out the install and you have thin/brittle PVC underfoot everywhere.

DC Visage Enterprises used to handle the maintenance on our DOH building in Tally, and multiple times his crew repaired broken pipes in the original install.
I’ve had them flush scale on my inline gas water heater as well. No complaints.

You might want to find a more competent lawn guy.

Many lawn companies don't handle irrigation.

As others have said, you're better off calling an irrigation company.
