Track and Field Terry Long FSU Relays to be held Thursday and Friday

The Florida State outdoor track and field teams will start the season at home for the Terry Long FSU Relays on Thursday and Friday.

The meet will begin for the Seminoles on Thursday, starting with the men’s hammer at 3 p.m. Live results will be available.

The Seminoles ended their indoor season on March 15 at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field National Championships in Virginia Beach.

Shenese Walker finished seventh with a lifetime best in the women's 60, tying the fourth-fastest time in school history at (7.18), securing first-team All-America for the second time in her career.

Andre Korbmacher concluded his season earning second team All-America honors in the men's 60-meter hurdles placing 14th with a time of 7.76. Tyson Williams placed behind Korbmacher at 15th (7.77), claiming second team All-America.
