The Bucs want to be able to play two games a season away

Nothing really fun. Replacement AC, replacement of all roofing, replace the furnishings, new scoreboard and new TV's.

They think that this will put them in the running for a Super Bowl even though the NFL flat told Miami they would never get a superbowl again without a roof after the 2007 rainy game. The only open roof stadiums that will receive superbowls will be new stadiums and they will likely only get them one time. The only hope the Bucs and Jags have are to do what the Dolphins are doing and add a roof

I don't think this is true. Miami isn't adding a roof, it's just a large awning, the field will still be exposed. Miamis stadium in general wasn't up to standards the NFL wanted for a super bowl.

The Bucs scoreboard is hilariously pathetic. They've had the same ones since 1998 which is incredible considering how much technology has advanced in that time.
