Both coaches are cheaters. One is a liar and a cheat. Carrol has the Bush smell all over him. Not sure he's been caught cheating in the NFL. My thought is the play was called because every one was expecting a run. Could have gone either way. Genius or goat. Not sure the better team won, but for one play the dumber team lost.
