Two things. First on the offensive side of the ball, I was pleasantly surprised with the offensive line. New line, 4 new starters, and they looked pretty cohesive. If they can hold on next week and improve over time, I like this O line. Granted they weren't playing Alabama or Ohio State but I liked what I saw.
I don't feel quite as giddy about the DL and Lbs. They sill looked a little vulnerable at points and better competition is likely to push them more. Still the stats say they got the job done......
In the end, its the hogs in the trenches that make the biggest difference. We might just turn out pretty good.
