Bunch of crap. How they hell are they going to prove anything? Settle in court and JW has to pay more for a possible false accusation.

If JW can prove he wasn't the only person in the car with the driver, I think this goes away pretty quickly.

Needs to have a ex-police officer with him all the time, Its a complete shake down and its costing him millions spend 300K a year and hire some ex-cops and let everyone know you have them so the flies stay away.. disgrace what they have done to this guy.

Need to let everyone know he has 24/7 security. What can the press say then. Hire real security people who had great careers not people to hang out with.

I'll take the job for half, hell I'll even wear a wire from my ear down into the back of my coat ( for show of course). Hangin with JW seams like a lot of fun if u ask me!

Exactly! Shouldn't be difficult to prove Darby was/wasn't in the car.

Outside of one of them shooting a video of not only them but the Uber driver in question and then keeping the video for over a year, how exactly are they supposed to prove Darby or anyone else was in the car?

I've probably been in 50-100 Uber's with friends using their accounts and I couldn't "prove" I was in a single one of them. Nor could someone else prove that I wasn't (assuming I was located in the general area of where it was which Darby appears to be).

I have no idea what actually happened in this case but I do know that neither side is going to be able to prove anything and it's just one more thing added to Jameis' already bad reputation whether he's innocent or not.
