Sitting 54 rows up at the 40 yard line..... these were some things I noticed.....
Starting off with our QB.....Lets start by saying he played great but.... He doesn't play smart sometimes and he should know better being a senior.....
"Throw the ball away"..... Do not get injured, do not take a loss and do not take a chance of causing a turnover......
Next up is the Center Martinez who also played well overall.... Granted it was his first game....
"The snaps need to be more fluid and with more urgency".... Not tentative or babied back to the QB.... seem to mess up the timing on a few plays....
Next up.... Our great, experienced Coach who I would not trade for any other coach out there.... Including Saban....
"Getting the play in".... in a timely manner.... Geezzz Jimbo.... Give your young offense a chance especially with a brand new QB into the system... Getting the play in with 8-12 seconds is not good...
Then we get to the obvious... Special teams.... Where do we start .....
First of all.... I would have #4 Dalvin "my main man" Cook returning punts and Kick offs..... And I do have him ranked higher than Ramsey... Put him in open field and waaa laaaaaaaa....
Kickoffs, Aguayo will straighten them out, no problem here....
Punts.... Looks like this kid Beatty is either Kin to someone high up or his field goal "holding the ball for Aguayo" ability is too valuable to Jimbo to demote him.... Either way, we're stuck with him.... Maybe putting him on special teams and letting him get jacked up on a Kick off....... might wake his butt up....
