We whiffed on our guy and ended up with a budget hire. We followed it up with hiring Adam Fuller and Kenny Dillingham. I’m going to say it as clear as I can. If we do not hire a guy that moves the needle in two years we are the new Tennessee. We have to go get Hugh Freeze or someone that has won at the highest level.
