FSU coach Jimbo Fisher says Josh Sweat will be out 1-2 weeks after undergoing knee surgery. They cleaned out some cartilage, he said.
Sweat's spot will be filled by Jacob Pugh and Brian Burns.

There's some more news that came out of Fisher's 10-minute interview session with reporters.
Fisher said they've used Ermon Lane at safety this week. He said Lane wasn't getting a ton of reps at receiver and he wanted to try him out at safety. Fisher said he could not recall if Lane played safety or defensive back of any kind when he was in high school.
He also said that he'll rotate Rick Leonard and Brock Ruble at right tackle. Didn't name a starter but said they'll likely split reps. Also, Landon Dickerson will start at right guard.
