So she lives behind me and she is the most inconsiderate neighbor. I live in a townhouse community made we have had to make complaints to the police multiple times for both her leaving her dogs out to bark all night and for having kids blaring music until 2AM. I have two kids under two and they have woken up scared multiple times and it is super annoying. Right now I am listening to kids yelling at the top of their voice in her backyard 9:20 isn’t bad for her but I am on the board for the neighborhood and know that everyone here is angry at her.

Like that but i have a twist... shave your head to look like a Monk haircut, go to her door on bended knee, poo bag in one hand, bible in another (open to one of the passages on his "eye black"), and when said annoying person answers say "God Bless". Drop the bag, stomp and run like hell.

Then put a bronze statue in your backyard called "the promise 2".
