They could always pursue a criminal suit. She committed perjury by signing paperwork using false allegations which falsely imprisoned an innocent man.

I watched whole thing and him and his mom are very believable. But just being devil's advocate, there are 2 sides to every story.

I wish they would have said her name or shown a picture of the girl but I'm sure they would have been sued if they did...

But yes as the mom says at the end, fake school courts are no places for serious issues like these, I agree.

This is exactly why Cornwell refused to let Jameis enter into any preceding where he would be judged by people unqualified to make such judgements.


The fact that "she was crying" would be a major determining factor in the minds of those making such decisions is scary.

And you would have thought WRONG!! Look at what happened at Yale. The new thing with the more liberal colleges is that you don't need those pesky "accusations" God knows charges are so inconvenient. Nope, now you just need to have is a "informal' complaint to ruin a mans life. He can't defense himself since there's no charges. Can't confront the accuser since there IS no confuser, just get the rope and a strong branch ready.

But you haven't seen ANYTHING yet!! Wait until "yes means yes" gets in full swing. With that all men are assumed to be rapists or abusers, all women victims. For a women to cry rape she has to claim that she was either "emotionally, physically or chemically" altered. What does that mean? Exactly!! It means whatever the accuser says. In fact when asked directly if "a women has 1 drink then has concentual sex could she claim that one drink altered her thinking process to consent" The answer, "if she feels that the drink made her react in a way that she other wise wouldn't, yes"..

The fallout is that many MANY men are now attacking the schools and winning big. If it was me I'd file a civil suit on the accuser and fight the law that a liar should be able to use the rape shield laws..

At first I thought this was extreme, but after listening to it he makes a ton of sense, in fact I now agree with him..

All public rape accusations are false
