This is the problem that I was referring to when the last FSU sexual assault case happened. The Dept of Education needs to be exposed for changing constitutional rights

It was clear in CNN's "The Hunting Ground" documentary interviews that several f the women absolutely do not care if some innocent men are punished One indicated (on the subject of male students deprived of due process) that women have been victims for long that it is about time men suffered, and one of the film makers dismissed concerns that the film treats all the accused men as guilty perpetrators by stating that 98% of rape allegations are bona fide. Even if 98% of rape charges are bona fide (nobody knows except the % is much lower), they could care less about the 2%. The CNN documentary simply assumes that every single accuser is telling the truth, no mention whatsoever of wacko accusers like the Duke lacrosse team or UVa fraternity.
