Maybe we do need a dome. Only kidding, but I wonder what the cost would be for a scaled down version for a canopy roof over the seating areas like the Dolphins are installing in phase 2 of construction. It's clear and allows sunlight, but covers fans from rain. I'm sure it's an absurd cost.
