I don't know what you call them officially, but recently there have been several places that have opened around us that are large warehouses with trampolines set up. My niece had her birthday at one yesterday. I had the best time. The had a dodge ball court set and we (the adults) there played for over an hour. Today, I can't move because my legs and back are so sore...but highly recommend it if you have one in your city.

We've been twice. I think I had more fun than the kids and I agree, it's a great workout!!

I'm planning a birthday party for my 10-year-old and considering a trampoline park. I’ve heard mixed reviews about safety and am a bit concerned. Has anyone had experience with trampoline parks, especially for kids' parties? Are there specific things I should look for in a good, safe park? Any tips on what questions to ask the staff or what to check before booking? I’d love to hear your thoughts and any recommendations for parks. Thanks in advance!
