Sydney (AFP) - A dead man's unsent text message leaving his home and pension to his brother rather than his wife and son and signed off with a smiley face emoji has been ruled a legitimate will by an Australian court.

Sounds like the right people got his stuff, but crazy they are taking into account an Unsent text message.

I'm curious how they know it was actually he who wrote the message, and when?

And why didn't he hit the send button???
