Well done! Besides the pilot it was by far the best episode of the series.

Thought it was good too - the finales should all be 90 minutes.

I was surprised a main character didn't die and thought the wolves would be attacking but I guess they are leaving that for next season - now that they have Aaron's back pack with the pictures. The food truck trap was crazy! Was glad to see Morgan catch up with the group. How did Glenn get out of that walker gang attack? Carol was playing her part great!!

Glen may not have gotten out unscathed. We will see next season. Nicholas will either have a Come to Jesus moment or he is not long for this world.

It was fantastic! Happy a major character didn't die, but like it was said Glenn might have been bitten during his Walker dogpile.

Here is what I want to know. The 2 W dudes. They can't be the only members of The Wolves.? And are the Wolves collecting people, carving their heads and then have them turn? Or carving up some Walkers too? Because that is an incredible large amount of people they've killed.

Morgan is awesome. So happy to have him back. Can't wait to hear his story on how he got there.

We need to start a website named www.fathergaberielneedstodie.com

Loved how Rick showed up to that meeting all bloody faced again. The tides have turned for the ASZ.

My husband was so mad that Glenn didn't kill Nicholas. But I said that if Glenn couldn't participate is hacking up the Terminus group, he couldn't kill Nicholas. He just isn't that person.

RIP Porchdick

So did Rick kill Pete or put a bullet in Reg's head?

Gabriel/Sasha, both need to go.

Not sure why Glenn let Nick live, but with a bullet in his shoulder won't be hard to sell the others on what happened this time.

Wolves seem pretty gnarly , but what is with the ammo. I'm assuming those two guys had been out awhile and run out.

Two hundred zombies covering the car and then Morgan was able to walk up within staff distance from the door and pull them out. Then they kill a few and get to fence. Where did they all go?

So Morgan has been tracking them by foot and car across multiple states for weeks, and happens to get lost at an abandoned factory in the middle of nowhere right as they're getting attacked by hundreds of zombies? I get the willing suspension of disbelief in a zombie show, but c'mon man.

Maggie woulda murked Nicholas... Glenn is soft now and that is going to be the reason he dies next season... My guess.

Yeah, that's kind of a hard one to swallow. The pacing of the show makes it hard to get a feel for how much time is passing. It seemed like they've been stationary several times during the show. One man on foot should have been able to catch up and find a group of 12 or so much easier than he did. They had to have been holed up in that church for a while, considering the whole Beth rescue and termites thing.

Then again, it's unclear how much time has passed with Morgan comes up to the NO SANCTUARY sign on the Terminus sign. Maybe that was much later than it seemed like in the show.

As as I do a little Google searching, there is my answer. Guess I missed it:

Weeks after Rick's escape from Terminus, a masked stranger marches down the railroad tracks. He stops to see the Terminus sign Rick modified, and hangs his head. He removes his mask. It's Morgan. He starts to follow a series of markings on trees - a circle with an X inside - to an unknown destination. It is unknown who it was that left the signs.

As for Morgan, I like his character but the actor's Southern accent is distracting to me (another Brit playing a southerner, just like Rick). Every time I see him, I thin of Sol from SNATCH.

Clearly Rick shot Pete to death.

I'm curious how that impacts his relationship with Morgan considering he said earlier in the episode 'all life is precious'? Or does Rick explain that Pete had just killed someone, and had been beating his wife and kid for a while, and then they dap and all is good?

What is also interesting is if Morgan becomes a regular now? Because he's more of a bad@$$ than anyone else on the show, including Daryl. Especially since he's like Sith Morgan now.

I think The Wolves are scavengers (name in the comics) by nature, so they run through supplies/ammo really fast.

Glenn is definitely alive, to whoever wasn't sure about that (not a spoiler, just seemed obvious to me).

One of the main themes of this show was forgiveness and gelling of the two groups; Deanna realized that Rick was right, Gabriel realized he's a wuss who needs to start contributing to atone, Abe and Eugene kissed and made up, and Nicholas and Glenn worked out their differences the way men so often do.

I think Nicholas either dies in the first couple episodes of season 6, or becomes a useful and maybe even likeable character for a while.

Really good season though, can't wait till October, and looking forward to Fear the Walking Dead, would love it if they added some context and back story to the original series with the spinoff.

I think Morgan will help bring Rick back from the crazy dark side, similar to how Rick did with Morgan.

And Desi, he'll always be Sol to me too!

Oh and I'm glad Michonne is getting her groove back. Wonder how Pete even knew that her sword was there for the taking?

It didn't look like her sword to me - more like a civil war era one but I may be wrong.

I thought he had a machete

I started another thread around the same time as this one and I really want to vent:

While I felt the episode was solid I there are moments that really pissed me off:

1. Glen, don't follow Nicholas. Just yell out that he's leaving and let the town hash it out.
2. How did Glen get away from being under 3 walkers. I had the same issue with Tyrese at the car last season...
3.
Rick apparently ran for hours around town in the daylight without
running into anyone or alerting anyone that there are walkers inside the
town.
4. No way Father Gabriel is forgiven that quickly by this group. No. Way.
5. Who taught Morgan Kung-Fu? This isn't the matrix and we were never introduced to a kung-fu master trainer.
6.
The Wolves were only shown as two guys who apparently collect walkers
for some unknown reason and they are big fans of zombie raves.
7.
Who wrote the note that bad guys are coming? To know to write that you
would have to know the bad guys are bad guys and as we've found out by
the time you know the Wolves are bad it's too late...........unless you
are a zen ninja master with a stick.
8. They left the front gate open........seriously.
9. No season ending cliffhanger.

Didn't it kind of have to be Michionne's sword? He barely touched Reg, and the only type of weapon that could do something like that would be that sword. A machete isn't normally sharp enough to be pushed up against someone and slice through them like that.

It seems like they use other survivors to help setup and/or create their traps. So I would assume the note was left by the red poncho guy, or a similar person.

The daylight to night thing isn't really exclusive to TWD, many shows/movies do it, and while I agree it is annoying, it isn't some huge problem I have with this particular episode.

The group has known that FG is a effup/POS for almost the entire time they've known him, so I can see them getting 'over it' relatively quickly since he actually seemed to finally be contrite about his sins.

Don't really have any problem with the Glenn/Nicholas storyline. Their 'come to Jesus' needed to be separate, away from the group so they could work their crap out on their own.

They didn't 'leave the gate open' per se, FG was in his trance or whatever that was, and he just wasn't paying attention when he 'closed' it.

I think the Wolves having the pictures of the ASZ and whatever else was in Aaron's bag is a pretty big deal, especially if they have that listening device, so that's a cliffhanger to me.

Interesting that the wolves are 50 miles away, but ASZ has W carved zombies near it. This a Wolves group could be pretty freaking widespread. But if so, how have they not a) found the ASZ on their own b) run into any ASZ scouts. Up until now it appears each group is unaware of the other.

I got the impression that the wolves knew of, at least, Aaron and Daryl, and were trying to trap them using the red poncho guy as bait. And that's why they 'punished' him by cutting his throat, because his trap didn't work well enough, and they ended up having to re-do it.

So do the Wolves have any solid motive for the crazy stuff they are doing or are they just more cartoonish pure evil villains with no character depth? ...I can't wait for Game of Thrones to be back where pretty much all of the characters ("good" and "bad") actually have legit reasons for the things they are doing.

I thought the little monologue the one wolf gave at the campfire with Morgan was pretty telling.

It seems like these people are definitely cookoo, in the sense they think they are the embodiment of the wolves that used to roam this area back in settler times or something like that. And wolves are nomadic, somewhat, they run in packs, don't have friends, and just take what they want when they want to. Sometimes there is even infighting among them. So I think that's what they are supposed to be, and probably why they changed the name from the comics, to give the viewer a little more 'reason' for their actions.
