I think as this season plays out, we are going to see this team take the shape of the way the Alabama teams did during their 3 titles in 4 years. They had a ground and pound attack with Ingram-Richardson, Richardson-Lacy, then Lacy-Yeldon. They controlled the line and had a stout defense.
Our team in my mind is looking like it could take that same shape. We have a nice 1-2 punch in Cook and Pender. And I also think that as the season goes on, Jacques Patrick will find some carries the same way Dalvin did his true frosh year. Our defense in my eyes has looked just fine. We are getting pressure on the QB and we are getting off of the field on 3rd down. The huge IF is our O-line. If they continue to progress, then I like the way this season could play out..
