What I think will happen.

Based on what Cook's attorney said, here is what I think will happen. July 30 is the arraignment. Patel will have two weeks to gather more facts from witnesses. If the charges are not dropped by the end of the arraignment there will be no plea deal and Patel will file a Civil suit in regards to this matter. Sounds like he has a lot of evidence on his side that te charge is bogus. Thoughts?
