Everyone seems to think the PCA is pretty weak. Hopefully there is video to exonerate Cook. The video in DJs case put things to bed. Imagine if the Winston video recording wouldn't have been lost. It might have been embarrassing, but it would have resolved the speculation and put things to bed. It would have showed the encounter was consensual. Let's hope this incident can be resolved quickly and cook's name is cleared.
