Where to tailgate Saturday Morning?

I know tailgating will be somewhat limited based on time this weekend but I am bringing my son to his first game at Doak and want to walk around the lots to soak in the atmosphere. What lots should I go to and is there an "official tailgate" of some sort going on for homecoming?

Great age...time is an issue. I would take him down the street where the band marches in and show him the sod cemetery, maybe walk him through the intramural fields and over to the new area where there are bars and restaurants etc. Show him just how drunk everyone gets. In front of the stadium there is usually good stuff going on as well.

Not sure if that helped...I'm pretty sure I just named about 2/3 of the tailgating areas.

The All American tailback was a key member of the 1993 FSU National Championship team in his freshman season. He will be at the Sod Cemetery at 10 am for autographs, with SodTalk beginning at 11am, 90 minutes before kickoff of the FSU/NC State football game.
