Will Oklahoma and Stoops feel any heat for Joe Mixon?

I mean here's a guy (5 star RB, btw) who broke five bones in a girl's face last year. He sat out last year as punishment (cough, redshirt) and will be toting the rock for OU this fall.

I know FSU is in the media's crosshairs, but I haven't heard one mention of Joe Mixon and Oklahoma in the media yesterday. Curious how that gets handled by media this season.
