Yes FSU would have been, or depending on what happens, will be a better football team with Cook on the field. But right now there are bigger issues for FSU, it's fans, coaches, administrators, and anyone else involved with the program to get their arms around.

Cook can be replaced, but what can't be replaced is the character, or lack of character, in the eyes of college football fans, players, recruits, and recruits parents.

I am not an idiot and realize this happens, and is covered up, and schools across the country. But right now the spotlight is squarely on FSU, it's players, and specially the actions of it's HC, AD, and President.

Perspective is reality and right now I am guessing the perspective on FSU is taking a public beating. No pun intended. What is going through these kids heads? What are minors doing at bars and 2 and 3 in the morning? Guessing it was late since they said the bar was closing. What are they doing telling people they can buy them? And specifically what are they doing hitting women regardless of her actions?

Jimbo needs to get a grip on this and get a grip on it fast. Football games will be won with or without Mr. Cook. The perspective of a school and it's character by the public is something that might take a long time to get back. Good luck JF and I trust you and your staff will make the best decision regardless of how it effects wins and losses on the scoreboard.
