    I was not ready for that cold. 23 degrees and sitting there on metal stands not moving was horrible. My bones hurt. (Gosh I sound like an old lady). I had lots of layers, a good winter coat, double socks, two scarves, drank lots of liquor and still couldn't sit through the whole game....well...

    Attending a game at ND has always been on my college football bucket list and the trip is booked and paid for. I am also looking forward to a girls weekend in Chicago. :)

    Had to go to Burlington Coat Factory for a real winter coat. I only have Miami/Florida winter gear. All my other gear I got online. I still feel like I am going to freeze my butt off. :rolleyes:

    We also signed up for a Yacht Party Friday in Lake Michigan as one of the many events associated with this company. For a Miami girl who is not used to cold -- being on a boat in Lake Michigan in snow will be fun and cold but you only live once. :Face with Tears of Joy

    My two best friends and I arrive in Chicago at noon on Thursday! They are expecting snow for Friday and Saturday. We are taking the bus to the game run by Gameday Excursions and sponsored by Warchant and others!

    Thanks. We arrive in Havana on Christmas Day at Noon and leave port the next day at 5:30pm. The first thing I checked were flights from Havana to Santiago because I knew driving or taking their train couldn't happen. There were no flights that day plus we would have to have 8 of us flying...

    She surely is a fighter! I hope you get some answers soon as well. One day at a time...that’s all you can do is take it one day at a time. I honsestly feel that I could be a geneticist with all of the research I have done. I have my degree from Google. :)
