Best exercise for losing the gut aka belly

Exercise your knife and fork to start, walk briskly for 20 minutes 5x/week.

Stop eating the whites; rice, flour, sugar, potatoes. Exchange them for; brown rice, brown bread, sweet potatoes.

Everything you eat needs to convert to a glycogen for the body to use as energy. The whites convert the fastest and bombard your liver making it work to it's capacity very rapidly…. thus storing unused glycogens as fat.
