Here it is, say a person lost their virginity at 15 yrs old

Then that person is celibate for over 15 yrs

Would that technically make them a virgin again?

Technically no. But these days, it doesn’t matter. You can identify as whatever you please.. so if he wants to identify as a virgin, he’s a virgin!

No. Once virginity is lost, it's gone forever.

Historically, the word "virgin" was typically meant for women only. The phrase meant an unmarried woman.

In modern America, the word is used like a slur.

So depending on the definition of intercourse this could be correct. I spent many years in Europe (some single) and this is a fairly common theme.
