ACC commissioner Jim Phillips will give his state of the league address to open the event at 9:30 a.m. We'll have live updates in the thread below and you can watch on ACC Network. I took a look at some of the pressing topics in the ACC, with some thoughts from Michael Alford on success initiatives. Phillips will also face some questions about the Northwestern hazing scandal and what knowledge he had (or didn't) since he was the athletics director there from 2008-21.
