Football Recruiting Rivals100 WR/TE Kaiden Prothro undeterred by record, sees chance to showcase skills at FSU

One of the elite unofficial visitors to come on campus on Saturday was Bowdon (Ga.) tight end Kaiden Prothro. The Rivals100 prospect for the 2026 class has been on campus multiple times this year and he explained why when I spoke to him yesterday.

Respectable consistency.

Here is my struggle with where we are at.
We have been either horrible or pretty darn good (even elite besides the snub and what happened in the Orange Bowl) but, nothing much in between.
Was our run the last 2+ years just lightening in a bottle?
Other than that it has been pretty pathetic since Jimbo checked out.
There is no way the football program can continuously bottom out to the points of the Willie T. debacle and what we have now. I get it with the current being locked in a cage by the ACC we are not going to contend for National Championships every year but, there is absolutely no excuse for what we have and are currently seeing unless the so called relevancy FSU brand and it's worth is all smoke and mirrors.
I watched Louisville take it to Clemson last night. Can we not recruit and develop with the likes of Louisville football? Sure Dabo and Clemson have their own issues but, what we wouldn't give for 6 and 2 at this point.
I try to figure out some valid justification for what we see week after week from this team but, I am at a loss at this point.
