Non basketball powers Clemson and Miami are doing well in the portal, why is FSU dragging?
Haven’t even had good Freshman classes for a few years!
Teams are entertaining and ranked but can’t seem to draw the top talent, Why??

Really can think of only two reasons: 1. Our athletic department is too cheap
2. Players don’t like the coaches

FSU landed Sole' Williams (from Texas A&M) via the portal. Talked with her a few nights ago and hope to have that story posted in the next few days.

They prefer to keep the names of transfer visits to themselves. But I was told there are some visitors this weekend.

Sole Williams: 5-9 G Texas A&M- Committed
Romi Levy: 6-3 F USF-
Enjulina Gonzalez: 5-9 G, Miami (OH)-
Jasmine Shavers: 5-8 G, Texas Tech
Emma Risch: 6-1 G, Notre Dame-

Expect to hear one or two of these names announced soon.

Jordan Codio: 6-1 G, transfer from Texas is currently on a visit.

Noles are also in the mix for 6-3 F Dayana Mendes from WSU.

Great read Bob. Looking forward to seeing her play next season. Expect we will see an increase in offensive numbers similar to what we saw from Bowles coming from TAMU.

FSU doesn't really designate guards as a point guard or shooting guard. In theory, they're each able to push the ball up the court and shoot or distribute. Solѐ, Jasmine and Emma don't have "wow" assist totals from prior schools, so we'll have to see how it looks on the court.

Some nice transfers, but, how about some size on the inside. Teams with a big inside have really hurt us.

Noles get a commitment from 6-3 W Tatum Greene from BC.

I believe the roster is up to nine players now.
