Since FSU is big on spending money for studies and proposals. Here is a free one. Instead of removing thousands of seats from the most desirable area of the stadium for corporate club seating, simply build new skyboxes where the press boxes are now. That is really what has been missing for the last 25 years. Skyboxes on the home sideline. You can add a second/third level to both sidelines and move the press and coaches boxes on top of the sky boxes. The CC was really set up as a nice convention venue for FSU and the local lobby group but who wants to pay a premium for the end zone. Make new skyboxes above the rif-raf in the stands with exclusive food and bar services, TVs, lounges and you have that "premium" exclusive market you want that really doesn't exist within a 1 and half hour drive of the stadium. This leaves the seating capacity the same and allowes you to market that $70 Clemson model. Plus, by adding a level or two to the west side pressbox area, you effectively create more shade in the stands and keep more sound focused in the stadium. Look at the Swamp and nearly every SEC stadium. In conclusion, more ski boxes at a higher price. Keep the regular seating capacity at a lower ticket price point. This way, you sell the less Cadillac's for more and more Chevy's for less.
