Very poor start to his tenure here. Absolutely no pressure from the defense. It’s still early and the jury is still out, but it appears he is in over his head.
Georgia’s Dan Lanning was Norvell’s first choice. Maybe he wants to get out of Kirby’s shadow? I would already be making a short list of DC’s to interview...
Perhaps Dan Lanning, DJ Eliot, Terrell Buckley, Jim Leonhard, Kevin Steele, Travaris Robinson, Mike Elko. Someone that can recruit and motivate. Pay them big bucks and get this fixed.
