I am astounded he didn't charge Jameis Winston despite having no credible case against him.
His cavalier, dismissive attitude toward what DJ's side of the story was along with his history makes it clear he is biased with regards toward FSU football players.(negatively)
That he didn't just go ahead and charge Jameis and then let the case "work its way out" later after destroying Jameis Life/career really baffles me?
