Yes it is oil based. People do all sorts of things to wounds that they shouldn't, especially hydrogen peroxide. Very bad for the skin.

Yeah, we would have some flooding from a tropical system up here but the major concern would be trees coming down due to the saturated soil. We got some of that just last weekend.
